BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE FROM LION OF AFRICA INSURANCE This insurance company called LION OF AFRICA and OAKSURE is terrible insurance when it comes to paying out claims. my claim was registered on 02 NOVEMBER 2018 and guess what today is more than 2 months since I sign agreement of loss in 2018 nothing was paid. Everytime when you do follow up they dont even bother respond your emails. I dont think il ever advised anyone to join this type of insurance. i have emailed the following people: Mandy Sanderson,Belayi Adam ( who was suppose to uplift the car and the car is still in Auction National). Macdonald Sebola ********** ********** If they have to give me the car it would have been fixed already. I am paying the car instalments every month, without a car. Why are people or companies doing this? They sell you the product all happy and positive but when it comes to claim... its 1 person to another. The lady i speak to everyday seems to be holding information (Mpumelelo).
