BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE FROM LION OF AFRICA INSURANCE

This insurance company called LION OF AFRICA is terrible insurance when it comes to paying out claims. my claim was registered on 21 April 2018 and guess what today is more than 2 months since I sign agreement of loss on 16 May 2018 nothing was paid. Everytime when you do follow up they dont even bother respond your emails. I dont think il ever advised anyone to join this type of insurance and I am also going to cancel the other two policies I have.
