Well, I was so frustrated and thought of cancelling my contract because the USB was not working.bearing in mind the amount of a lot of money paid to strangers.i phoned lions minds crew which humbly and respectfully listened to my challenge.i just can't forget the time I wanted my call to be transferred to the manager who also humbled herself and listened to me. I felt so relieved when I was told that, one of the crew will contact me. Then I got a call from the lady called Precious (so impressed with her telephonic etiquette) she further continued to strengthen the chain up until my challenge is resolved. I just liked the way she kept on apologising for unforseen circumstances such as load shedding.wow, I am so happy that, my children will get an educational support hence I couldn't due to BFT🥰
