I bought educational software at Vaal Mall in 2021. this software was giving me a problem the agents could not help me to activate it for me. I was given a number to call in Durban I called so many times they could not help me until the other lady helped me. When I open my laptop only grade R is playing the rest of the grades are not. I am paying R322 per month now I fell that I am paying for something which is not working I can say its a ****.
