Is Lion life a legit / registered company

2nd review Im putting here regarding Lion life.. Don't know if I will get feedback. What kind of company is Lion life.. Company that's communicate with it's clients only by watsup. Even their watsup they don't respond immediately but after days and your requests are not been dealt with.. Lerato ***. I dont know if we need to contact insurance ombudsman or what
