Last week, I visited the Lion & Safari Park, and while the experience started off well, it quickly became disappointing. My sister was bitten by an insect, and the affected area began swelling rapidly. Since we didn't know what had bitten her, we urgently needed first aid. We approached several staff members to ask where the first aid station was, but unfortunately, none of them knew. We spent approximately 15 minutes walking around the park trying to locate first aid, with no assistance from the staff. I found this extremely concerning and unprofessional. A venue like the Lion & Safari Park should have clearly accessible first aid facilities, and all staff should know where they are located and how to assist visitors in an emergency. In the end, my sister received no medical assistance on the premises, and we had to leave and seek help elsewhere. This experience was very disappointing and raised serious concerns about the park's emergency preparedness and visitor safety.
