No feedback if you have to cancel a volunteer trip due to family responsibility

<p>My daughter was booked on a two week volunteer trip her experiencewas great however but her trip had to be cut short due to a severe health issue in the family. I had to shorten the trip (with proof of health issues and still continued issues) trying to get some sort of refund for a week missed due to having no choice but to bring my daughter back as I have been hospitalised for almost two months.</p> <p>At first I received responses telling me it would be looked at and feedback supp****, 31.03.2017 I have in turn responded to Monique but my emails have been ingnored including my whatsapp messages. Very disappointed as the people we met were amazing but this sort of "out of my hands" matter and being ignored leaves a bad impression on a person</p>
