I had a very bad experience with this company. Ten minutes after leaving my home, the TV stopped working. They **** to me, and obviously had been paid, so they had no intention of coming back to fix the TV. They wanted me to do an immediate bank transfer when I said that would cost me more in bank fees. I was told it was now free! As I sent the proof of payment to them, my WiFi stopped working. The technician said to reboot, so I did that by switching the wall switch off. I found out later that they had pulled the plug out of an adapter. I only have a TV Box, which is plug and play; it needs no WiFi; however, he asked for my password. I did not give it to him. When I messaged them to come back, I was told, "I don't have Technicians at the moment in Gauteng. Thank you" "They went for insurance TV's" When I asked when they would be back. "I'm not sure but not this week" She kept telling me I was being rude! "You are rude I can't deal with old people that they don't have manners"
