Bad Service and a very Bad Attitude

I stayed at Lin's Guesthouse for 1 month, and paid in advance for 1 month. On the day I moved in, the "self catering" guesthouse (as she called it) was not even properly cleaned yet. She was busy sweeping the floors, but it was not washed. Neither did she bother to dust the window cills, and the toilet was still dirty from another person's use. I said nothing about that, because she was so very friendly ... at first. She said I can just put my washing out, and it will be done, and I can ask for "anything" just ask ! However that changed within the first 3 days, after I paid her. She changed from doing washing to do nothing at all, and said she will not do washing because "it is her privacy" I am only one person and my washing very few, however she made that decision to treat me like the cat has dragged me in, and had me cleaning her self catering "guesthouse" which I did without complaint, as I understood her attitude which she showed towards me clearly. In the second week of me staying there, she suddenly changed her mind, and got her house help to "easy over" the guesthouse. She never changed her mind about doing washing as she noted and advertised on www.lekkeslaap.co.za. Her washing utensils for the kitchen are old and used, such as the cleaning utensil for pots and plates. The holder which is a shell, is full of mould, so she does not clean nor replace that for a new guest , neither is the cupboards clean on the inside. I have taken pictures of all of it, to show how little she actually cares about her guests, She also told me no less than twice that I should be out by 1 December making me feel even more unwelcome. Never before have I met a cruel and unfriendly person like that whom I am paying for a stay, making me feel she wants me to leave right away. I am not a person whom anyone should feel ashamed about, neither are my manners or my washing so I can only say that she does not belong in this industry. She is definitely not as friendly as she first act, and can change her attitude in a second after she receives her money, which I think is all which she is interested in, and show her disdain on her face. I have stayed in many self catering and guesthouses before, and no one ever has treated me with such disdain and a bad attitude as she has. In fact those people where I stayed at before, were so helpful, their friendliness is commendable and their places were smarter than hers as well. If you decide to stay at Lin's Guesthouse, remember she is only interested in your money, and not in you as a person. She will treat you like you don't matter at all, she will be friendly at first, thereafter she will show you what she is all about, and that is making you feel unwelcome, and having to stay the time out because you paid her. She does NOT belong in this industry.
