WORST SERVICE EVER

I will never ever use this company again for anything. Linro Branding Solutions was referred by people on a facebook page. As I am all for it to support small companies. I have given it a shot as there were only good reviews, however I cannot say the same.

I have received a quote and accepted. My fiance drove to dropoff handkerchiefs for them to do embroidery. It took them 9 days to do 4 handkerchiefs no calls or emails nothing to explain when I will be receiving the handkerchiefs. When they finally informed me that I could collect the 4 handkerchiefs between 10 and 11 in the morning it was not finished when I arrived.

The next day I received a call for me to collect. My fiance went to collect and there were 1 spelling error and 1 word left out. I informed them and they said I could bring the 2 handkerchiefs back for them to fix. They asked me where I got the handkerchiefs and I told them. They did not make a plan to get new handkerchiefs as it only was excuses. Edgars did not have or Edgars online did not accept their card. and also received a ****y email saying "Ek was by Edgars by die mall, hulle het net wit sakdoeke, as ek nie dieselfde sakdoeke kan kry nie wat moet ek doen om jou gelukkig te maak, ek was selfs by Menlyn edgars, hulle het ook nie". As we went to Edgars in Centurion mall, they had More than one rack full of the handkerchiefs.

I bought new handkerchiefs and took it to them. no calls or apologies. 11 days went by and could only collect on Saturday. I had to follow up and follow up and wait for responses.

This is the worst service ever and will not recommend them to anyone.
