Pathetic Service!

The worst service I've ever received! I was told I'd receive my work in a lead time of 3-4 working days. 7 working days later and I still had to beg for my items. His communication was pathetic as well. He only did half of the work i gave him, that too embroided with the wrong initials and in the wrong place. He returned my other things undone with a terrible attitude. Overall terrible experience!
