Do Not Give ****** Your money!

I placed and immediately paid for an order 10 months ago. I was promised it would be ready within 10 days. After a month of very poor contact and lame excuses I cancelled my order. I am still waiting for my refund. They won't take my calls and ignore my emails. The last time I managed to get hold on them 2 weeks ago, by using another phone, they clearly screen my calls, their son said he would sort the matter out and contact me within 24 hrs... I'm still waiting. This appears to be their usual customer service judging by other people's reviews too!
