I will never go back to Linksfiel audology
After many, many return visits, the hearing aids I purchased on their recommendation were far from appropriate. I spent a huge amount of time & a fair amount of money with them and wrote numerous letters, only to be told that I should come and 'sit with them and they will explain why there is no problem' Well from day one there were a pletora of problems, the moulds had to be re-done many times. the hearing aids would emmit spontanous loud bursts of sound- they hurt me. I put them in a drawer & haven't looked at them since. I had them replaced by a different audiologist. One consultation, one fitting one and one very happy patient. I will never go back to Linksfiel audology.
