Help me gain access

My account has been compromised.. I've sent them several emails asking them to remove restrictions.. They denied my appeal. I explained the reason to them because I didn't get a code on my cellphone when I was verifying the cell phone number until it said I've reached a limit of codes.. Tried several times to reach out to them. My account is still blocked and appeal has been denied I don't know for what.. My work is being delayed and this has affected my work environment.. Employer is threatening to fire me since I'm no longer performing well due to the restricted account.
