*****ulent billing with zero feedback

As a business owner I thought I would give linkedin a try with recruitment - what an absolute nightmare!!

I selected a Total spend option instead of a daily option to which they completely ignored an within an hour they had billed me for double of what I had selected for a total spend - the kicker is there is not 1 applicant that is actually qualified for the position - so I paid for absolutely nothing. I have tried to contact admin and their accounts to get feedback on why this happened as I had selected a total limit which they billed double off - no one is responding and from other complaints this seems to be standard practice - my only advise is stay away from anything where linkedin requests your billing details - its a con job with useless applicants - the biggest waste of money I have ever spent - and they are just ignoring my requests for an explanation.
