Premium subscription still debited after cancelation

My premium subscription was canceled after the trial period yet my card was debited the R1888.89 subscription amount regardless of the cancelation and the subscription was renewed. I had to cancel it again today. Please refund my money as I canceled my subscription before and advised that I don't need the services
