Poppa act violation

I would like to complain about the fact that LinkedIn is allowing companies to do data mining and retrieve people's personal information. I have no problem if companies reach out via the platform but to blatantly ***** my information and contact me directly is ******* and especially now with popia in place I find it offensive that personal information is so freely available to anyone
