Poor customer service

I got my account`s access restricted after using their Persona face and ID scanning on my android device,i have logged 2 tickets and got both denied by automated responses,i have DM`d and tweeted their official X account multiple times and after exhausting all my options even after researching the problem they have not gotten back to me or attempted to help me in any capacity what so ever. Worst Customer Service i have ever had.
