This organisation has set up its learning subscription in an ********* way. They keep billing you unless you unsubscribe. Fair enough, but then they don't warn you before your subscription is due for renewal, so one can only assume they have devious intentions - to collect payments from unsuspecting and non-vigilant users. Then, to make matters worse their policy excludes refunds and the only way you can contact them is via a page that is buried deep in the bowels of the web site.
