Never accept a free trial. they just charged me (and what seems to be like thousands around the planet) a full year's subscription. REGARDLESS of the fact that I cancelled the renewal about three days ago. there is no way to escalate the issue as there are no communication channels for it. I now have to instruct my bank to wait for 12 days and reverse the charges
