LinkedIn Account hacked and cloned

My account was hacked and cloned. I am unable to access the said account as my email address was removed by the hacker. I have tried to get in contact with anyone at LinkedIn but with no success. Can anyone help me with advise how to go about as my account is linked to my business. And if anyone from LinkedIn reads this, why don't you assist with urgent and critical issues like this?? How is it possible that the account can be hacked and cloned??
