Illiterate service

If ever there was a more useless business I have dealt with, LinkedIn has taken the cake. For well over a month now I have been trying to get answers regarding a group company rate to join Sales Navigator, and have only received a handful of useless responses and nothing close to resolving my issue.

It would appear that you are only important to them, when you actually are spending money with them. If you are only inquiring, and interested to spend more with them, it would appear the snail paced illiteracy kicks in, and no one seems interested to assist.

Even a follow up mail to Dwayne, who sent one or two questions is now being completely ignored.

I thought a pregnancy was slow. Then LinkedIn came along and topped that speed!!
