********** debits on my account

I am really frustrated, i subscriber to LinkedIn premium 1 month free trial which was suppose to end yesterday, they said i can cancel anytime before the 11 of November and i won't be charged.

I cancelled my subscription yesterday in the morning like they said, and got confirmation that i have cancelled, however around 16:03 yesterday my account was debited with an amount or R 373.74 and the way the debit the money was as if i made an online purchase.

I am really disappointed and frustrated and asking myself how many people are being ****med like me.
