Unfair treatment of my wife at Bizana Link Pharmacy

My wife by the name of ( Alindile) visited your Link Pharmacy in Bizana to buy. She was assisted by a lady by the name of Zimasa (Manager) who literally refused to assist her. She said she can help any other person but not her. And she left hurt, disappointed and without being attended. I don't know about their past but there should be separation between personal and business.

I wanna know its how customers are treat at your Link Pharmacies especially to the case above? I want to see this being attended by Link Pharmacy management.
