Theft

<p>on the morning of the 15th of july, i went to the Link Taurus Pharmacy in Mulbarton. When i arrived to get my prescription I forgot my cosmetic bag at the counter. Six days later, i called the pharmacy to tell them about my bag and where i left it, they took my name and number and promised to look for my bag and call me back. They never called me back instead i had to call to follow up and i was given the same excuse. I eventually called and asked for the Manager, I explained everything to him and even gave him the date and time i was at the pharmarcy. He told me that he will look at the security footage and will call me back, he also never called me back. I went to the pharmacy on Saturday and I was told by the manager that their IT guy is still going to look at the footage and hasnt arrived, he told me he will call me again. Again, he never called me until I called again on Monday and I was told that the security camera system was down on the day that I was at the pharmacy. I honestly do believe that the staff and their manager present on that day are giving me the run around hence the excuses. I just want to get back my cosmetic bag with all the contents , i dont understand what is so difficult with that.</p>
