****** PHARMACISTS AT EDENVALE LINK PHARMACY!!!!!!!

My girlfriend had the worst experience at Link Pharmacy Edenvale. She went there because our child burnt his hand. The ladies there were very good in wrapping the kid in bandages but everything else was terrible. When my girlfriend got there with the baby, the baby was crying. They quickly rushed and administered medicine to the child without her consent or getting her opinion on the matter. After that they gave the bottle of medicine to one of the small boys she was going with. The boy broke the bottle and picked up the pieces of glass with his bare hands. The ladies did not even care if the boy would cut his hands or not, the first statement that came out of their mouth was "You have to pay for that". After debating with my girlfriend one of their friendly staff members "Titus" confronted the old lady working at the pharmacy telling her that my girlfriend should not have to pay because it broke inside the store. The old lady refused, but the nice gentleman who works for them "Titus" offered to pay for the broken medicine. The old lady started fuming and demanding that only my girlfriend pay for the medicine and no one else. After that whole debacle, the old lady at the pharmacy told my girlfriend straight to her face that "she should've went straight to the clinic if she was going to have money problems". My girlfriend ignored that statement and paid for the treatment and medicine that she needed. As she was walking out of the door the old lady at the pharmacy made comments about "POOR BLACK PEOPLE". When I got home from work I went to confront the lady, she denied all accusations and continued to insult my girlfriend, she said " I don't think your girlfriend can speak or understand English well". The other pharmacist lady that was there also made this statement " You see why you have to ask if they have money when you're dealing with THESE people". On top of everything they asked me to reimburse Titus ( the nice gentleman who offered to pay for the medicine). So I told the lady that I would be escalating this and leaving a review. I called Link pharmacy Head office to lay a complaint but the manager was not in, they put me through to his phone but it went to voicemail, I left him a message but still no response and its a week later. If somebody from link pharmacy needs to call me, they can reach me on ***.
