Poor and extremely rude customer service

On the 28/09/2021 I went to Link Parmacy at Eliot street PHM where a Manager called Kanyi provided us with a very bad service. I went to by medication using my medical aid, she called me to assist and I went, I forgot the name of the medication and callee my wife to explain to the lady the medication that I was looking for, in a very aggressive and a rude way, she(Kanyi) chased my wife claiming she can only speak with one person because of the Covid, I underatood and continued to buy only those I remembered, after buying I asked to check a price for another medication, when I come back she's busy assisting another customer, I awaited for her to finish the customer, she again called another customer while am standing and instead in a rude way she told me to sit down, I set down and after a while I went to her asking "what exactly am I waiting for because it was too long and yet again in a rude manner she told me to sit down, ai told her to atleast tell me for how long must I still wait, she kept quiet and that's where I got upset and took a photo of her and again she grabed my phone saying I must not take it and called a security for me but eventually I got the assistance from a different person not Kanyi and that touched me hence I'm taking the matter further
