Link Pharmacy - Langebaan Utterly Disgusted!! VERY BAD SERVICE!

<p>To Whom It May Concern,</p> <p>I went to Link Pharmacy on Saturday, on the door it said that they close at 12:30, I was there at 12:20. I knocked on the door and a girl opened and said that they are closed and with a very bad attitude said that I must go "down-the-road-to-clicks", clicks is 7km from Link, travel time 30min including roadworks. We turned around to go home but I decided to have a chat with the Link Pharmacy Manager to let her know of this employee and her bad attitude.</p> <p>I knocked on the door again and the same girl opened the door(she was standing at the counter have a chat with one of her colleagues), when I asked to speak to the manager she said "she's busy" again with a bad attitude and a snark. I demanded to speak to the manager and she tried to shut the door in my face (very bad manners) I then put my foot in the door so she had to call her manager, this girl then said I must wait her "mother - the manager" is on her way. This is awful service and attitude to a customer! I, the customer must now be afraid because her "mother" is on her way to speak to me, what?! really?!</p> <p>The "mother" / "manager" came to the door and instead of apologizing for her employees bad attitude or at least trying to assist me or to explain nicely why they have closed early had the same bad attitude. I will never never buy at any Link Pharmacy again, Utterly Disgusted!!!</p> <p>I will be posting my experience with Link Pharmacy Langebaan, Western Cape on all known social/business media sites.</p> <p>It has not been a pleasure.</p> <p> </p>
