Kroon Pharmacy is very sarcastic

My mom went to Kroon Pharmacy In Viljoenskroon and A doctor prescribed Calpol for my son then Kroon pharmacist decided to give my mom Panado when I call then that why did they give my son a Panado they said it is because the levy for Calpol is quit high and I said why did you think my mom did not have money to pay levy because first of all you never asked if you can give the Panado, they then said I can return the panado and get Calpol. My sister returned it and when she got there they said Calpol is not covered on my medical aid and I will have to pay cash, I asked them how because I always bought it with my medical aid why is it not covered today they then said they will take that Panado and I should never come back to their pharmacy to buy. This guys were so ****** and sarcastic, I don't understand why did they think my mom did not have the money to pay levy I don't know if it's because she is black. They were so judgmental. One more thing THEY NEVER WEAR A MUSK
