DISGUSTED! No return of SEALED BABY SOOTHERS

Went to return baby soothers that I had bought just last week...IT WAS STILL SEALED, but because I bought a 0-6mth, and babies turn 6 mths in 2 weeks time, we thought it best to return them and get the 6-12mths...but alas the slip was mislaid and I went in to return them without a slip...NO GO, NO SLIP, NO REFUND AND NO RETURN...I was going to buy the 6-12mths soothers which were R 120 each, [these were R119.87 for 2] and the security treated me like a ******** when I walked in and went straight to the baby section to see if they did have what I wanted,terrible, terrible service and horrid return policy. I would understand if it is medication, but this is a SEALED bubble pack with 2 soothers in it, C'mon LINK surely you trained idiots before...do some training here with these people!
