Bad Treatment at Link Pharmacy Pretoria North

I went to Link minaar pharmacy pretoria north, on my arrival at the door i was following a white female who just went straight inside the pharmacy and as i was about to enter and staff member a white female shouted at me saying that i must sanitize my hands, i then said ok and went back to sanitize. i then went inside and said to her why didnt you tell the lady that i was following to sanitize as well, and she said she didnt see her, and i said but you manage to see me while i was behind her and failed to see her and she kept quite. i then went on the other side to quee, she then said again to me please quee on the other side, i then responded by saying why are you treating me like that, because i am black and majority of you in the store are white, she then clicked her tongue on me and left, i then controlled myself and ask another white lady on the counter about the manager, and she said to me the manager is not there, and i said who is charge then she kept quite as i said i want to lay a complain about the lady. an old white male came and said to me i am tired about you people with a loud voice pointing a finger to me, i then felt disrespected as i did not do anything wrong, instead of him talking to the staff member about the way she treated me, he just kept quite. i then realize that other staff members were also shocked about how the matter was handled by that old man who seems to be the manager to me. i then told him that i want to lay a formal complain and he said i can do what i want.

i am a customer of this pharmacy but the treatment i got it is bad, i once spoke to one African staff member about the treatment in that pharmacy and she said to me as you can see majority are white and is all about them, today i saw it myself that we black people we are nothing.
