Bad Service ( Misleading operating hours displayed at the door)

I went to Louis pasture Pharmacy ( Link) yesterday around 17:13 and when I get there it was closed. what I do not understand is that on the door it is written that they closing at 17:30 and this was not the first time. On Thursday and Friday, I went there and the same thing happened. At first, I thought maybe it a special day but now I realised this is how they work. Can they please change the Time that is written on the door because it is misleading to the customers and it not fair. If the pharmacy is closing at 17:00 then that should be on the door, not 17:30 and close at 17:10. I have captured the photos on my phone for evidence.

Please help assist and confirm the opening and closing time of the pharmacy.
