Shocking service

Poor customer service. I have been trying to register online for 3 months now (after already spending 2 months doing unnecessary paperwork and chasing them around to update my details) but have been unable to do so.

After sending my 6th email this morning I've had it! *********** staff don't bother reading emails properly and therefore don't address the issue. I have received zero support as a customer.

Avoid this company at all costs!
