Link Market services a stinking division of Old Mutual there is something fisshy

<p>I did inherrit shares from my father. After 2 years the Lawyer gave me a mmandate to act on his behalve. </p> <p>I was aproved by the Master of the Supremecourt on the 05/07/2016.</p> <p>I immediately went to Mutual Park where I was send to a Mr Peter Anderws. I did give him all nessary documentation and instructions to transfer 200 share to my Trust and the balance to be sold. The proceeds of the sale must be transferd to the Estate s bank account.</p> <p>The shares were sold but only 325 not 400. On quiery I was told that there was only 525 shares due to some agreement that was done previous ly I demanded the transaction paper trail but up to now no answer. </p> <p>We do have an Sertify Letter from Link Investor Services (PTY) Limited. Stating that at death the share holder was the registered holder of 600 Old Mutual Shares. with a letter to certify it. Signed by Nomali Inkosi. </p> <p>I went 8 times to Mr. Andrews with no results because the people in Braamfontein dont resond to him either. </p> <p>I did call a couple of times there No. 0861 .......... Eventualy I did spoke to a lady by the name of Christal Smith. So prommised the share will be transferd and gave me an Reff No. that was on the 05/10/16. </p> <p>That was last I heard from her. Eventualy some girl said there does not work such a person at Link.</p> <p>I did wrote email and made calls acording to my records some of the call too 35.42 min's with been told to wait and transfer and no perosn that camn help</p> <p>I did go to the Longterm Ombutman thy say they dont deel with shares. </p> <p>Two weeks ago a Lady by the name of Rikkie told me I will have ny Electronic sertificate by the 30th of January 2017. To day the 2nd of Feb.
