LFA Investor Services should be called Investor Disservices!!

Worst experience ever! I started a process to sell shares in my wife's investment account on 12 August 2020. She needed the funds by 1 September. Todate, despite 9 emails and 6 telephone calls, there is no indication of anything coming through to her account. Customer service agents are worse than useless and never come back to you - despite promises to do so!!
