Horrible *********** service from Link Market Services!!

My mother has been trying to get shares from late father's estate paid out for the past 18 months. For over a year they ask for information and documents in drips and drabs. When we call to follow up they ask for something else again. The gave us details of a courier service that we can use to send the documents, which we did twice! When we call to follow up they first try to say that we didn't send the documents. When we give them the tracking numbers they say they are sitting at some office somewhere. What sort of a response is that. `there are even documents that were hand delivered in 2017.

As I have said, it has been over 18 months of this back and forth and lack of caring or efficient service. All my mother wants are the shares to be paid out. She is a pensioner and desperately needs this money.

This is appalling service!!
