Gross Incompetence of Staff. No email or other address in regards to Management

I have clearly advise that Dividends From Old Mutual, Nedbank, Quilter plc MUST all be deposited to my Capitec Account No.***. Which Part of my numerous emails going back to September 25 2019 did you guys not understand?why did the Dividend go to ABSA BANK LTD; I am F....Mad at the Incompetence of your STAFF . Please rectify the situation Immediately. Dullin Duarte : Perhaps you can shed some light on this matter, since it was your email to me dated October 10 2019 @ 8.30am that confirmed that the New Banking Details were Successfully updated.
