Disgusting Guest house owners- Platterkloof

What an experience I had this Saturday at Lingo Longa guest house.The owners of the guest house had no respect for us. The way they spoke to paying guests will leave you shocked. We had our music turned down by 10 o clock. They threatened to throw us out and call the police because we questioned their reasons why we need to pack up early and go to bed by 11 o clock. One of the owners started to shout at the host of the party because he wanted answers. We are all adults and in no way did they have respect for us. I really hope they change their approach and actually do a course in communicating with their guest and not shouting at them. It’s disgusting that we still have this kind of people in the hospitality industry that is suffering under Covid.
