Refund Policy and poor service

<p>After purchasing a dress from Lingerette Boutique, the dress delivered was the wrong size. Having said that, the owner would not agree that it was in fact the worng size.</p> <p>I am willing to agree to disagree on this but the shop will not allow a refund or return of the item at all. I attempted to return the item immediately and the shop owner insisted that they do not acept returns. This is in conravention of the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.</p>
