Less than zero for service

I contacted this company on the 18th of November 2021 to renew my vehicle licence that expired in the 30th of November 2021. The payment was made on the 18th of November 2021 after I received their quote. I started phoning the various numbers to enquire re the progress as the 30th drew closer, to no avail. They didn't have the decency to respond to my emails either. I phoned the licence renewal offices on the 23rd December and they confirmed that the licence was renewed on the 20th of December 2021!!!!! What happened since the 18th of November after the required documentation was forwarded to them and payment made???? I do hold them liable for any fine that I receive after the 30th of November. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
