S****** bought cash-no registration papers

On the 28 of August I contacted Linex Yamaha, regarding a Yamaha Tricity S******. The sales person was very eager to help. I asked him for photos as we are in Pretoria and they are in Randburg. He sent photos and I asked for a quote. After accepting the quote, I asked for a invoice as I was going to EFT. All went quite smooth to this point. Delivery was promised by the sales person for the next day. The next day came and gone and around 16:00 I phoned to follow up, the sales person said they were to late for reistration, so they would register it in my business' name the next morning and deliver it directly there after. This indeed happened. The s****** was not delivered by the sales person as promised and the s****** had NO owner's manual and no instructions on how/where to fill up the oil etc. I phoned to ask abut the registration papers and Linex Yamaha promised it would be 4-5 days. I just have to send them more papers, as they need specific information for registering it on a business. I imediately forwarded the necessary documents to them. I didn't hear from them. I then emialed and phoned on the 12th of September, when the manager infored me that registration still hasn't taken place, because they need other papers now. Which I did send. The manger promised me that he would attend to this as a matter of urgency on the 14th of September. I have not heard a single word from them since. Not sure that this is how business is/should be done. The manager sent us a very long Owners Manual in PDF to read. 3rd of October and still not registered in my business' name. I apid for registartion as part of the deal.
