Life threatening customer service from Moto Mate Rivonia

<p>I have never in my life been so disgusted in a bike shop as what I am in Moto Mate Rivonia. We sent my husband’s bike in for a service and repairs and they have 0 to no pride in their work at all. The first time the bike was at the shop for 3weeks and I had to keep phoning them to find out what the hell is happening with the bike. Second time bike went back because it was not fixed at all but I had to fight first and then the manager has the audacity to tell me they are doing me a favour. As if, I am the customer and he needs to wake up in life. Now today hubby needs to check something on the bike, take the faring of clips broken the original clips replaced with bolts and the oil leak not fixed at all the bolts on the casing is stripped you can turn it with your hand the list just goes on of what we have seen now that the fairing has been taken off. This is the type of work they do. I would have thought that they would have pride in what they do. I would never in my life recommend anyone go there the service is horrifying and you will get your bike back broken and you will be told they did you a favour. Now tell me please how this is fair what are we to do regarding this I paid over R6000 for this and I get back your bike in a worse condition then before it went in. What do I do now because I really don’t know any more?</p>
