Going the extra mile

I have been struggling to get an answer from the spares department on an order. The parts were on back order (as usual) but nobody could assist me with the time until they would be available. Ashley made a BIG effort to help me ( I also suspect it is not he job either but got results). I still don't have the parts but at least she phoned me back and gave me an answer as to when the parcel will arrive. She is an asset to the company .
