Useless company.

Pathetic service and cost you more money because of poor feedback. Ordered a R3000 parcel on ebay and R655 shipping cost, I het a email five times requesting my ID number which I rep**** to each time, I waited and waited with no feedback and when I contacted them they sent the parcel back. What's the point of having a damn customer service email address if no one reads the mails, it's absolutely pathetic and terrible customer service!
