RPX SA/ Linex solutions is horrible

i have never been furious with a shipping service ever in my life, first they open my package to see whats inside, now after i have a submitted all the documents required to custom clearance it takes them long to do it. I will advice anyone not to use them at all, their customer center agents seems to not know whats going on.
