Amazing personalised service from Tracy and the team

The team have been beyond stellar to deliver on both occasions my prescription spectacles. Tracy has offered a very personalised service which I have not experienced from any company of late ... Communication was great and items delivered from Hong Kong all under a week. This is in stark contrast with the other reviews here ... My experience was behind just good.
