Lindt snubs customers

What is a customer? Any person who shows interest in a business, and makes direct contact or responds to an advert. If you buy you are a purchasing customer, if you don’t you are a lost customer. But you are always a customer.

So why when I call to book a class do you keep hanging up on me and telling me that you are busy with a customer. Why when I call back and leave my details because you are still busy with a customer do you not return my calls.

Because you should be fired and so should your management team for allowing it.
