Lindt pavilion mall

On the 7th of feb approx 13:40.my spouse and i visited the lindt store at the pavilion mall.our plan was to make purchase chocs of a large sum.sadly i was visit was the worst rude and pathetic service. Young black gentleman behind the counter says he wants to sanitize i declined and advised him i have my own he rudely says i didnt c..so i pulled out my personal santizer and sanitizes infront of him he doesn't acknowledge my action his response was a click of the tongue..which is offensive especially u work in a front facing store.i asked cn we shop nw still no response..i decided to walk out he mumbles i asked him respectfully is there a problem he clicks the tongue again..so i pulled my spouse so we can walk away he says quite clearly "****er" Lindt south africa this matter needs to be addressed in these difficult times if a worker doesn't value his job and provide a good service ur store will not perform were it needs to u have jst lost 4k of my business because i am not a "****er"
