Lindt HELLO 3 x 100g slabs

I have purchased 3 lindt 100g slabs,I am very disappointed with the quality & taste of it,the fillings were tasting very old & cheesecake was sour,I also noticed under the slabs had a white misty substance,these slabs were lindt hello,with flavours cookies & cream,strawberry cheesecake & crunchy nougat,please can I have feedback urgently,thanks
