Insulting, and ****** employees of LINDT

We are shocked , humiliated, degraded, and very sad, that there are still companies in the year 2019 that employ, RUDE, RASIST, in-component people that act in such manner to upset clients to this extend to request the company to take action against their employees that degrade their company’s name LINDT (PTY) LTD. If I may inform all, “WORLD WIDE” the company “LINDT (PTY) LTD” CRESTA CENTER” On the 12th APRIL 2019 the following atrocities were committed against clients in public at “CRESTA CENTER” Randburg . AT approximately 9H50 we went past the “LINDT Store” in CRESTA Centre. Outside the “ LINDT Store” there were an employee of LIND” with a tray of promotion giveaway chocolates. On a previous occasion the same employee prior the 12th April 2019 incident were standing in the passage in front of the LIND store with a tray of chocolates, there were shoppers of other races the same then him other then us, the employee handed out chocolates to them some “A” hand full of chocolates ,when I approached the employee …. He then pulled tray away from me not to be able to have one of the free giveaway choc lets . “ He then said:” This is not for your race you can’t have any of this this is not for you”. I then asked what’s your name ? He did not reply and went into the store with the tray , I took a photo of him and left the store. On the 12th April 2019 we went past the “LINDT store” again, we went into the store there were 2 other employees with him, he then again pulled the tray way from me .Calling me degrading slairs’ “You White Papbek I told you this is not for you” the other 2 employees started laughing at his slair . This caused me to lose my temper, the so called manager chased us out of the store making degrading slairs. I then took 4 of the “CHOCLET Bunnies” in front of the counter, off the shelf and put them gently on the shop floor inside the store to prevent any damage to them and walked out the store. Security guards approach us, they did not want to listen to us. They arrested us in Cresta Centre taking us to the Security offices where we were manhandled, we were locked into a cell lockup cage. They did not want to tell us why we were locked up, because we did not brake any law. They brought the “LINDT” so called manager to where we were locked up .We were then threatened by them that they will give our information to Malema and we will be burnt by him and his organisation .We told them that we felt threatened by this threats and that we will take legal steps to prevent this threats. The police arrived they released us and took statements from us. NOW: Do you think this is fair to be arrested and detained for 3 hours for not doing anything ******* by ****** employees ? Isn’t it time to take incidents like this to the connotational court? Do you think this is the way to treat customers like we have been treated like.? Do you think there is any platform to address and rectify this unprofessional behaviour from employees of big companies not interested in their employees behaviour in their outlets?. We would appreciate if a Director of LINDT (PTY) LTD will take the trouble to rectify this un-business-like behaviour of their employees. If so get the ball rolling
